      No comments.

PSC DELIVERABLES

   PLB: All the new issues were discussed in the PSC meeting Friday, and
   all but two were easily resolved.  Discussion will continue this
   week, with results to be reported in the next Atlantic call.

SGTG SCHEDULING

   GKH: May work on increasing build process performance during this
   hiatus.

   PLB: Norway (http://difi.no) has in effect adopted a subset of UBL
   2.0 Invoice.  UBL is becoming a largely invisible but generally
   accepted part of the European government procurement infrastructure.
