Special Majority Ballot to approve submitting UBL v2.1 OS to JTC 1 has been set up

Members of the UBL TC,

A Special Majority Vote ballot to approve submitting UBL v2.1 OASIS Standard to JTC 1 and submitting the request to do so to the OASIS Board President has been set up. 

The ballot opens 11 November 2013 at 00:00 GMT and remains open through 17 November 2013 at 23:59 GMT. You can access the ballot at:
