I understand we do in order to not repeat the ProcurementProject data and get into inconsistencies.		-  	Common information about the Procurement Project is detailed in the ProcurementProject component, whilst the specif Lot-related information goes in the the ProcurementProjectLot Component.  The ProcurementProjectLot ASBIE ProcurementProject is not used then to describe the Project.
