GoodsItem is an Item in transit. This means that it is always "packaged" and through the reference within the document where it is used the related order/orderline can be given (ie in DespatchAdvice/ReceiptAdvice).
For the actual transportation the order/orderline reference is not needed, because that is something between the seller and the buyer.

So I do not want to add the orderLineReference to this element.
