[uddi-sc] Updated UDDI MS SC ROP-2002-9-30

Hi,

Here is an updated draft, with a few more tweaks to the document on top
of what Franz already did.

Franz - Thanks for incorporating the edits suggested by Karl and George.
Also - good idea to hold elections in June w/ term to start July 1.

To Georges comments on requirements to remain in good standing, I
believe that is addressed by Oasis rules that state that a member must
attend 2 out of 3 meetings [Karl or Patrick, please clarify if I have
that wrong.]

6	Deleted the word "organizations" in to clarify that member
	section and SC involvement is open to any Oasis member.

73-75	Added provision for vice chair.

116-119	Karl and Patrick - Please clarify who has descretionary
145-147 control of fund to cover group expenses - Oasis or MS SC??
