[uddi-spec] Successful use of UDDI Version 2.0

In order to proceed with the UDDI Spec TC's goal to propose UDDI Version 2.0 as an OASIS Standard, SAP hereby certifies the successful implementation and usage of UDDI Version 2.0 in its node of the UDDI Business Registry (publicly available at http://uddi.sap.com), consistent with the OASIS IPR
