[uddi-spec] Change request for save_business with service projectionand a mo ve of this service

Please accept the attached change request for UDDI V2 and V3.
I know that the agenda for next week's meeting was already sent out but would like to have discussion on it if possible.
Also, can you provide me a number for the CR?
