[uddi-spec] Change Request: HTTP Transport tModel

All,

Please find attached a change request to fix the definition of the
uddi-org:http canonical tModel in the UDDI Version 3.0 specification.

This change is necessary to support the WSDL V2.0 TN in UDDI V3.
