ANNOUNCEMENT: Vote on WSDL V2 TN passed

I'm happy to announce that the UDDI V2 WSDL TN ballot passed.   Results
were 25 of 32 for, none against.   The documents associated with the TN
will be promoted appropriately in our Documents section, and posted to
uddi.org shortly.

Special thanks to John and to everyone else who worked on this TN for such
a long time to get it done.
