Versioning Value Set TN updated

Title: Versioning Value Set TN updated

On Friday last week, I have made an update to the Versioning Value Set TN available at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/uddi-spec/document.php?document_id=3306& - obviously, no email notification has been sent out by OASIS so far.

The new version covers the necessary updates for UDDI Version 2 (so far, only Version 3 was discussed) and contains a complete list of examples.

Discussion about this TN is part of tomorrow's TC meeting agenda. Please review at least those sections that have been changed.
