Updated version of the suggested wording in 10.1.1 - V3 to V2 key conversion algorithm

Here is the text, revised as per discussion in telephone conference call 
23/24 September 2003: 

 

As discussed the "z" spelling of normalise is used.

 

Point 2 no longer refers to UUID, to avoid discussion of endian
