Good catch. For discussion tomorrow - I think we can simply 
  fix this doc
without releasing a new version - just fix the error and make 
  a note in the
revision history. Agreed?

In Secion 2.2.2.1 bullet 3,
the binding template 
  structure ends with a </tModel>, should 
  be
</bindingTemplate>.

Same thing for Section 2.2.2.2 bullet 
  3.
