UIMA TC updated slides, and draft agenda for Jan 18th Telecon

Slides 28-29: Show how Ecore
is used as the UIMA Type System Representation

Slides 34-37: In Annotation
Model renamed "AudioAnnotation" to "TemporalAnnotation"
(could also be used for video segments).  Also added an example.

Slides 47-55: Reorganized the
Behavioral Metadata section again.  Backed off from adopting OCL is
our standard expression language.

Slide 62, 63: Added animated
slide demonstrating SOAP service interface.
