UIMA statement of use from CMU

Carnegie Mellon University is successfully using the "Unstructured

Information Management Architecture (UIMA) Version 1.0", in

accordance with the mandatory conformance clauses stated in the 

specification. Our use has included the integration of multiple natural

language processing components in multilingual, multimedia applications

such as a) automatic email agents, b) question answering systems, and c)

audio transcription, translation and summarization.
