Participation in Dec. 13 UnitsML TC Meeting

Because at least one of the TC voting members (Simon Frechette) will not be able to participate in next week's TC meeting, we thought it worthwhile to determine ahead of time if we will in fact have a quorum.  Please let me know if you plan on participating or not.
