3am EST is fine for me. It is actually the same as 8am
here in UK which for me is fine. I'm OK with it being
earlier than that but I understand it might not be too
good for you Charles. Still 3am EST is 4pm in Beijing
I believe and 9am in Paris. Looks good. Not so good in
USA east coast though.
