Nominated as co-chairs were:
- Ryssel, Dr. Uwe, pure-systems
- Schulze, Dr. Michael, pure-systems
With no objections, Dr. Ryssel and Dr. Schulze were elected as co-chairs of the VEL TC.
- Election of TC Secretary
There were no nominations for a TC Secretary, so no TC Secretary was elected.
It will be possible to elect a TC Secretary in a later TC meeting, if needed.
- Presentation of an Overview of the OASIS Standardization Process (by Chet Ensign)
- Contributed Work
- Damir Nesic asked about CRYSTAL project as input source for the standardization
- Damir Nesic will check the CRYSTAL project documentations for input -> giving overview in next TC meeting
- Problematic to contribute material from non-members, to be checked in case of public material
- Review/cite of external material is allowed, but uploading to TC website or copy to specification is not allowed
- Contributed work has to be uploaded to the TC website  - Meeting Schedule
It was proposed to hold the TC meetings bi-weekly on Mondays at 16:00 CET.
There were no objections against this proposal.
Next meeting will be on 2018-11-26 at 16:00 CET.
