[PATCH 0/1] ccw: provide status accessor for driver

This update introduces a new ccw as status accessor in order to
resolve VIRTIO-117. ccw works mostly fine right now; but this
command is needed to properly support NEEDS_RESET.

Patches for qemu and Linux to be posted shortly.

I think this should target version 1.1 of the spec (leaving the
1.0-04 update for the virtio-blk changes only). Opinions?
