[PATCH 0/3] ccw: Minor changes

Some minor changes for the virtio-ccw transport:

- improve language (must -> MUST etc.)
- clarify that the subchannel id is passed in registers for hypercalls
  in the same way as for classic channel I/O instructions (we've noticed
  a bug in Linux here...)
- contrary to the other ccw payloads, feature bits are actually passed
  little endian
