[PATCH 00/10] for review Feb 11 patches on top of virtio@224

These are tweaks to address remaining feedback, and fix minor issues with patches that Rusty merged. I see that he has since reverted them which left me confused.  I'm assuming/hoping that this is just procedural and the intent is to re-commit them back as-is.  The clarifications on top ar all pretty minor.  Michael S. Tsirkin (10):
