[PATCH 0/1] ccw: adapter interrupt processing

The current requirement to clear the summary indicator before looking at the queue indicator is wrong and opens the guest to races.  The processing we suggest ends up being the same as for PCI on z.  The patch is on top of  https://github.com/rustyrussell/virtio-wip  feedback so that I can maintain the split of normative and explanatory sections.  Cornelia Huck (1):
