Hello, and welcome to the TC!  The TC has elected to manage all business by means of voting by electronic ballot. Multiple ballots sometimes run in parallel.  You are entitled to voting rights at the end of the 60th day after you became a member.  You can gain them after requesting this from the TC chair (myself) after the close of the 60th day.
