timeline for 1.2

Hi guys!
I think it's a good time to discuss a tentative plan for 1.2.

Let's say we want to do releases every half a year.

We approved 1.1 draft for public review about end of December.
If we mirror that we want to freeze 1.2 draft end of June.

Still leaves us two more months to work on new features.
