Gripping Technology for
      the
Multi-Billion Dollar Golf Equipment
      Market

Now Selling
Product to Dick's Sporting Goods and and Academy
      Sports

According to NGF golfer spending (equipment fees and apparel)
grew from $7.8 billion US in 1986 to $22 billion in 1997. There are
currently over 26 million golfers in the US. With golf averaging 14%
growth over the past five years, the market for golf equipment and related
products and apparel has enjoyed enormous growth. LEIW has an exclusive license
to utilize a unique patented technology, and is positioned to carve its
      niche in this booming market.

          THE PRODUCT

      LEIW's
E-Z Grip Technology offers injection molded premium EPDM rubber
replacement golf grips. These grips are treated with a patented poly-chem
shrink technology for application and packaging. This technology expands a
conventional rubber grip by up to 20% of its normal size. The expanded
grip is then placed easily onto a golf club shaft. Once exposed to air,
within twenty-four hours the grip will gradually shrink to a standard size
and remain firmly on the shaft. This process eliminates the need for
double-sided tapes or other adhesives to help secure the grip onto the
shaft. The company has trademarked the logo, "EZ Grip Technology" as a
means of creating brand identity and awareness.

          THE NEED

The recent
evolution of the golf club technology has made equipment more expensive
than ever before. The average golfer spends over $1,000 on a new set of
premium brand clubs. This trend has created the need for consumers to keep
clubs for an average of 5 years. It is recommended that golfers replace
their grips annually keep the feel of their equipment new. Much like
replacing worn tires on a car, new grips on a golf club give a feeling of
newness and security with the equipment.

          MARKET POTENTIAL
            AND OVERVIEW

LEIW's target market for EZ
Grip includes sporting goods retailers, big box retailers, catalog
retailers, and consumers direct. Consumers that shop through these outlets
are primarily interested in value pricing and possess a "do-it-yourself"
mentality. LEIW believes the company is
well suited to serve this market, because they feel their unique grip
product is the most innovative and consumer friendly replacement grip
available today. There are an estimated 400 to 500 million golf clubs in
the US today (25 million golfers times 14 clubs each, times a factor of
1.3 for extra or specialty clubs). Industry estimates state that 15% of
those clubs are being re-gripped each year (approximately 75 million
re-grips). LEIW's EZ Grip is currently
being sold in Dick's Sporting Goods (175 stores) and in Academy Sports (72
      stores).
