Public review feedback for Reliable Secure Profile V1.0

Members of the WS-BRSP TC, 

In preparing Reliable Secure Profile V1.0 for its public review, we noticed 4 broken internal cross references in the HTML and PDF versions. For example, in section 2.4.2, in the PDF, the first sentence reads “A conformance target (as defined in Section Error! Reference source not found.) is said…”
