Thanks for the email. Our goal is to be compatible with WS-T and WS-C and extend and enhance them, not compete with them. We believe WS-CAF provides a unifying solution for Web servies transactions. We are not trying to compete with anyone but find a good way to make a contribution to an important area for Web services standardization.
I cannot speak for IBM, but I know that the WS-CAF authors would warmly welcome their participation.

Looking at the TC member list, I could not help but notice that there is not much interest from IBM.
Given the fact that one of our goals here is to refine the WS-T and WS-C specs, this seems a bit odd... Does anybody know what their position is?
