Minor nits:

1) The copyright section (starting at line 17) should be removed. 
Appendix D and the footer already has the right OASIS copyrights.

2) The status section (starting at line 57) should reflect the status of 
this OASIS document (WD, CD, etc) and not the status of the 
contribution. Something like (copied and edited from another OASIS spec):

 list. Others should submit them to the
