i134 - Update acknowledgements

I've just updated the list of TC members
in both specs based on the voting of the ballot.  This should close
issue 134.  Each TC member should look for their name to make sure
it was spelled and positioned correctly in the list.  Check company
names too - I noticed a few typos today.
