Good comments, Paul. In addition, the HTML rendition lacks line
numbers; this makes it difficult to cite and locate text precisely.
I suggest that we ask Mary to include a notation like this in the PR
announcement:
The HTML-formatted specifications are provided for informational
purposes only; all comments should be made against the PDF versions,
which are to be considered authoritative.
This has been done for at least one other TC that I remember. (In
that case, the HTML rendering was actually superior.)

> a) Status section uses an unusually small font. This is different than the PDF text.
> b) Standalone URLs and XML fragments use an unusally small font. This is different than the PDF text.
> c) All the XML fragments I have reviewed have lost their indentation. This includes the XML Schema and WSDL files in the Appendices.
> d) The Event and State Name example cells appear to have an extra blank line in them.
> e) All the Detail fragments I have reviewed have lost their background colour. This is different than the PDF text.
