FYI - based on the feedback I recieved
I updated the spec with the chosen example. It will be part of the
version I'm about to put into kavi (the CD).

[ws-rx] MakeConnection example
All,
while we can add the MakeConnection example after the public
review because it doesn't impact the semantics of the spec, I do think
it would be useful for readers to have it available to them to help in
their understanding of this new feature. The editors can choose one
of the ones I sent to the list yesterday but I think it would be helpful
if there was some indication from TC as to which one people prefer. As
the editors were tasked with making the CD available today we'd need some
feedback quite quickly.
