Updated CD

Due to the mailing list problems we
were having last week, an editorial concern that Gil tried to raise with
the other mokeys was lost (its related to some new glossary terms that
were introduced in the security section - and using them consistently across
the spec).  So, since it is strictly an editorial issue we decided
to update the CD with this.  Hopefully, most people were not working
on Sunday and didn't already grab the CD that was posted.  All doc
links now point to the latest version (and this change _is_ part of the
diff, unlike the missing quote snafu).  If there are any questions
about this we can discuss it during he call on Thursday.
