Please restart charter ballot #2

Mary, the WS-SX TC would like you to
please re-run the Charter Clarification Ballot #2

I have today tidied up the roster. Unfortunately
it appears that some of the people that did not vote in the prior ballot
should not have been listed as voting members any more (our mistake not
yours).

On our TC call today we agreed we would
like to re-run the ballot again (unless of course you can modify the result
based on the data that I can provide of the voting members listed that
should not have been).
