The TC agreed changes were needs, specifically to change the section 4.3.7 to use the correct element name for passing requested token attached reference. The section used <wst:RequestedTokenReference> which is not defined by the specification when it should have used <wst:RequestedAttachedReference> instead. Both the text and example in section 4.3.7 were fixed.
