Title:

WS-Trust "1.0" in WS-SecurityPolicy

Description:

Section 10 of WS-SP defines Trust10 assertion and says as follows:
  The Trust10 assertion allows you to specify which WS-Trust 1.0
  options are supported.

I assume we are not going to change the standardized version of
WS-Trust to "WS-Trust 1.0".
So, "WS-Trust 1.0" would be "WS-Trust 1.3".
And it is better to provide sp:Trust13 instead of sp:Trust10 to avoid
confusion.

Proposed Resolution:

Change "WS-Trust 1.0" to "WS-Trust 1.3" and "sp:Trust10" to
"sp:Trust13" in section 10 and A.15.
