Message examples in SP Examples doc

In the SP Examples doc [1], I believe the message examples would
benefit from more exposition on how they relate to the SP assertion examples.
Using numbering within the XML format examples could be helpful so that a
relation could be explained between the message parts and earlier assertion
example in prose.
