No WSSX TC calls on Jan 24th or Fen 7th

Given that we have a small set of issues
and are waiting for public review feedback on some specs, we agreed today
on the TC call to cancel a couple of meetings. I have already updated the
on-line calendar to show that there will be no calls on Jan 24th or Feb
7th. We will meet on Jan 31st as scheduled.
