Request for CS Ballot from WSSX TC

At the Sept 30, 2009 meeting of the WS-SX TC the TC voted
to request a Committee Specification Ballot for WS-Security Policy Examples.

The TC also voted that no normative changes had been made since the Public
Review and that all XML instances and schemas are well formed and valid.
