Issues call May 19, 1 PM Pacific

Hi,

We'll have our regular issues call tomorrow,
May 19 at 1 pm Pacific/4pm Eastern/9pm UK/10 pm Germany.  Call

Discussion topics: 

Issues for next tc call:

-There are no new proposals to vote
so far.  

-Outstanding proposals deferred from
previous calls:

-- we agreed to vote on  37 on
the upcoming call (a few folks volunteered to provide an analysis/alternatives
- I haven't seen anything so far).

-- issue 107 - can't recall whether
we discussed a plan for next step on this.  Issues 91, 97, 99 are
depending on 107 closing.   

-- issue 34 - deferred to allow consideration
of alternate from Yaron. 

-We didn't get to discuss the issue
103 proposal and issue 75 white paper, so these should get some time.

(June 22-24) 

List of options for handline votes if
there is no quorum at f2f (will try to circulate the one's I've captured
before the call tomorrow)
