One of the thoughts expressed today was that we should work with the
issues committee to start prioritizing issues for resolution so that we
make steady progress towards getting the spec done on a reasonable
schedule. For issues that are clearly just work, we can start asking
people to champion them and drive them to resolution.
Everyone's input on this is needed.
