I hope folks in the editing subgroup like the proposal for Issue 103 so
far. :-)
In the conf call last week, I can feel that Diane would like to make
this proposal accessible to the general TC members soon. (If my
perception is wrong, please correct me ... Diane).
If I don't hear any major questions / concern raised here, then I would
make this proposal available to general TC member before the end of this
week.
