The issues list shows the following issues as awaiting editing into the
spec


1, 10, 34, 43, 44, 84, 105, 128

Of these 34, 43, 44 and 128 are already incorporated.  Peter, please
update.

I am planning to incorporate 1 and 10 as soon as the solution of 10 is
done.  I have been tardy in pursuing this but have just sent Alex a
strawman that might get us there.  If anyone else wants to join that
discussion please let me know.
