Hi Diane and Peter,

I have finished the application of Issues 102, 103, 199 and 203. 

Also, I applied Issue 196 also - a set of pure XSD changes - related to
minor bug fixes in "tExpression", "<query>" and "<from>"
and "<to>"  (adding "anyAttribute").

(That should be good enough to cover the XSD issues discovered by
Yaron's co-worker as in Issue 196).
