notes from jan 24 call

Participants:  Alex, Alexandre,
Vinky, Prasad, Paco, Diane.  

Alex checked a clean copy of the last
approved committee draft, without change markup into cvs.  Based on
that, he has taken a first pass at the restructuring/issue 158 and circulated
it to this team for a preliminarly review.  Based on whether he hears
of any major issues by tomorrow, he will check the new copy into cvs.  We
noted there are some formatting glitches and a table of contents problem
that seems to relate to a word versioning situation.  Vinky will take
the pen after Alex checks the restructure into cvs.  He fix these,
address any other comments from the team and do a review to identify any
other problems that need to be fixed before we do a TC review on this version.
 He will let the spec editing team know of anything he finds.  

We'll target having a restructured version
of the spec uploaded to the TC for next week's meeting on Feb 1 and at
that point, should be able to start working on the outstanding list of
resolutions to be incorporated.
