Issue 125 - applied

Hi Peter, Diane and others,

I have verified that Issue 125 (all 3 parts) is already applied to the 
spec text. (It was applied "distributedly" in the past).

I guess we could remove that issue from the "Resolved issues awaiting 
editing into spec" list.
