editing activity for tonight - Prasad has the pen

At the meeting today, we walked throug
to section 5.3 in the spec and posted 2 updated documents to CVS and the
web site.  We also opened a number of action items - Prasad was on
the phone at the end of the day and volunteered to do some editing today.
 He will let us know by email when he's checked in the latest version
and which action items he's fixed.

editing tonight - when you see the email from Prasad, please pick up the
pen and select some action items to do.  

Please have all the changes done and
checked into CVS by midnight west coast time/3am east coast/9am Germany
so we can start the meeting with the latest version.
