What about the template that John put forth at the last call as a framework for developing and describing "proposed use cases". I thought we agreed that something structured was needed to insure getting enough and complete info for a disparate group to react to. I know I thought the template was a good start but more was needed, eg the disposition as a result of the presentation to the full TC should be documented. 

 

Also Ben submitted some good material earlier; in particular see page 2 of the Precise Use Case doc--the reference to Architecture of a Precise Use Case. I see some worthwhile concepts in there that we should consider including.

 

Your Purpose & Goals are the areas I think are very valuable. They are a very good framework. In my view the Supply Chain is the best example to reverse engineer the template.
