Sorry for the flurry of Kavi postings - the "virtual URI" 
assigned by Kavi was causing major problems for me yesterday.

By the number of 
  notification mails I have just received looks like you have had a few problems 
  with KAVI!!  Most of the links did not work.  I think I eventually 
  received a link that did work for all the documents you uploaded for the use 
  case group with the one exception of  
  .../7286/bpel-industry.html   Assuming that there is such a document 
  and you did intend to upload it would please send me that document directly or 
  a link to it that works.  I received two mails for this (one for the use 
  case group and another for the main group) but unlike the other documents 
  (HP-01, etc.) I can not find in either document
