OASIS WSDM co-Chairs:

The listed representatives and companies have formulated a change
management requirements document that we believe are within the scope of
the WSDM charter. We would like to see the WSDM TC consider these
requirements during the current requirements phase. We would also like to
propose that a change management technical sub-committee be formed to
address these requirements during the development of the WSDM TC
specifications.

Please see the attached requirements document and draft technical
sub-committee charter that I am providing on behalf of the following
representatives and companies:
