Hello,

Either to add to the controversy or to clean things up, I went and added 
"The Manageability Interface" as the subject that MUST or SHOULD do 
things.  Some places the requirement was on the specification, others it 
was on the interface and the WSDL description.

Plus I cleaned up a few dozen typos and such.

Sorry I forgot to post it earlier, for those of you who print the 
documents out to review.
