mailing list problems

A colleague from my company joined this TC about a week or more ago but 
has not yet been added to any of the associated mailing lists. I had 
thought that this process was automatic - it was for me when I joined. 
Is there a way to manually add him to the lists? His name is Sastry 
Malladi, email .
